1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nextuin.com (the "Site") and your purchase of digital products from Nextuin LLC ("Nextuin", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We distribute digital products only, including but not limited to: game activation keys, gift cards, software licenses, subscription codes and in-game top-ups. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Orders and delivery
- Orders are confirmed by email. An order is accepted when we confirm availability and issue a payment request.
- Digital products are delivered to the email address you provide, normally within minutes of payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking regional compatibility of the product before purchase. Region information is displayed on each product and available on request.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed via Binance Pay and other payment methods indicated at checkout or communicated by email.
- Prices are quoted in USD (or USDT equivalent) unless stated otherwise. The amount payable is the amount shown in the payment request.
- Cryptocurrency network or conversion fees applied by your wallet or exchange are your responsibility.
- Products are delivered only after full payment confirmation.
5. Acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase.
- You agree not to use our products for fraud, resale of revoked or misrepresented keys, chargeback abuse, money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
- We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected, with full refund of any amount paid for undelivered products.
6. Refunds
Digital keys and codes are consumable products. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All product names, logos and brands referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nextuin is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo or any other platform holder unless explicitly stated.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextuin's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues caused by the platform on which a key is redeemed.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
