1. Nature of digital products
Game keys, gift cards, license codes and subscription codes are consumable digital goods. Once a code has been revealed or delivered to you, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product. This policy explains exactly when you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
2. You are entitled to a replacement or full refund when
- The key or code is invalid, already used, or revoked at the time of delivery, verified with proof (screenshot or video of the redemption error including the code and error message).
- You received a different product or region than the one you ordered.
- You paid and no product was delivered within the communicated delivery time.
- We cancel your order for any reason before delivery.
In these cases we will, at your choice, deliver a working replacement or refund the full amount via the original payment method (Binance Pay) within 1–3 business days.
3. Refunds are not available when
- The key has been successfully redeemed or activated.
- You purchased the wrong region or platform despite the region/platform being clearly indicated (contact us anyway — where a product is unredeemed, we will try to help or exchange as a courtesy).
- Your account on the redemption platform (Steam, Xbox, PSN, etc.) is restricted, banned or region-blocked by the platform holder.
- You changed your mind after the code was delivered.
4. How to request a refund
- Email nextuin.llc@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order reference and proof of the issue.
- We respond to all refund requests within 24 hours and resolve verified cases within 1–3 business days.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before opening any payment dispute — nearly all issues are resolved directly and faster. Fraudulent dispute or chargeback abuse leads to a permanent ban from our store and marketplaces where legally permitted.
